Before we build the Foundation, I want to read what you’re working with.

The Foundation is where most engagements start: a fixed, one-time piece of work that gets your books current, deploys your workspace, delivers your Business Nervous System report, and sets your compliance calendar. This application is the first half of the diagnostic — the more specifically you answer, the more precisely I can show up.

What the Foundation is. Books current. Workspace deployed. The Business Nervous System report — a structural read of how your business senses, signals, processes, decides, and regulates, with the single primary constraint named. Compliance calendar set. One-time, fixed scope.

The Foundation: $2,500 – $7,500. Scoped to the size and state of the business, quoted before you commit. If you started with the Blueprint, that cost rolls in.

Where it can go next. Many owners act on the Foundation alone. If you want the system kept current, that’s the Operating Core ($1,000–$2,800/mo, month-to-month after 90 days). If you want it built into infrastructure, that’s the Operational Systems and Automation builds. You climb only as far as the business needs.

After you submit: I read every application personally and respond within two business days. If the fit is clear, I’ll send a Foundation quote and a booking link. If it’s uncertain, I’ll offer the 20-minute fit call. Nothing is paid now.
