Apply for the Operating Model Read.
This is not a sales call dressed up as discovery. It is paid diagnostic work. You receive a written Operating Model Dossier — roughly 30 pages, structural, executable — delivered after our working session, scoped per engagement. You can use that document with us, with another consultant, or on your own. The Dossier is the deliverable.
If we keep working together after the Read, it will be on one of two tracks — the Build (Track A), where AI installs as the nervous system, or the Productize (Track B), where your service becomes an asset you can step away from. Both tracks scope from the Dossier itself. There is no proposal call after the Read. The document is the proposal.
The Read: $15,000 fixed, paid at booking. 90–120 minute working session, recorded. Written Operating Model Dossier delivered after the session, scoped per engagement. Standalone value — useful even if you do nothing else with it.
